A Chaired Professor in Civil Law at the Valencia University and a practicing lawyer. He advises public institutions, private companies, multi-lateral organizations and government agencies at State, regional and local government level. He is a member of various editorial boards, and author of dozens of books in his area of specialization and in particular on insolvency law.
