A recognized specialist in litigation and insolvency and a court-appointed trustee in bankruptcy (“administrador concursal”). He is legal counsel and secretary to the board of directors of companies in the shipping, services, construction, leisure, insurance and financial sectors. He advises a number of banks and securities companies on a regular basis. He teaches at the ISDE and is a frequent lecturer on issues of his practice.
