He specializes in corporate, commercial and insolvency law and is a court-appointed trustee in bankruptcy (“administrador concursal”). He has expertise in the legal aspects of financial compliance, regulated sectors, company restructurings and business insolvency. He teaches Insolvency Law at the International Masters Degree in Law of the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía.
