Labor Audits

Upon our clients’ request, we carry out swift, efficient and well-focused audits on labor issues, the results of which have helped our clients better understand their labor environment and thus improve their staff structure and better plan their industrial relations.

Collective Dismissal Proceedings

We carry out staff downsizings and reorganizations for our clients, according to their needs, obtaining the required authorization from the Government, for the termination, in whole or in part, of employment agreements and/or their temporary suspension or modification.

Collective Bargaining and Industrial Conflicts

We offer our advice and representation in the negotiations with the workforce representatives, obtaining agreements satisfactory to both parties in legal and economic terms. We have experience in negotiations regarding the execution, amendment and/or adapting of Collective Bargaining Agreements. Public Labor law litigation – We represent our clients in all kinds of conflicts with their employees or with public agencies or institutions, carrying out a detailed study in each case. We provide solutions and design strategies, with the goal of neutralizing and minimizing any potential contingencies.

Inspections

We advise and represent our clients in inspections carried out by labor and social security authorities.
