Representing clients in all sorts of insolvency proceedings is one of the great strengths of our firm. We have counselled on numerous insolvency proceedings.  Two of our partners are qualified court-appointed trustees in bankruptcy (“administradores concursales”) and have in such capacity earned recognition among Spanish courts and Tribunals.

Civil and Commercial proceedings

Ours is recognized as one of the leading firms in civil and commercial litigation advice, and we represent our clients’ interests in a large number of court and arbitration proceedings. We have extensive experience in the defense of major automotive brands in proceedings brought both by consumers and users (warranty compliance, product liability, contractual and tort civil liability) and by agents or distributors. We represent our clients in relation to contractual breaches and financing of vehicle fleets; credit policies, confirming and factoring; national/international supply and distribution agreements; disputes arising out in relation to all kinds of commercial agreements, including, without limitation, services, licensing, transport, warehousing, etc. We defend financial institutions and securities agencies in claims relating to advice contracts, soliciting strategic investors; launching of products in the consumer and financial markets, etc.
Business Criminal Law - We undertake the defense of the interests of shareholders, directors and legal entities in relation to white-collar crimes, fraudulent bankruptcy, fraudulent management and other corporate crimes.
Arbitration – We frequently act in arbitration proceedings before all kinds of arbitration courts and institutions, both in Spain and abroad.
