Litigation / Arbitration

Experience in handling all types of arbitration proceedings, ad-hoc and institutional, local and international. We deal with petitioning for judicial enforcement of arbitration clauses, provisional remedies and the enforcement of arbitration awards, or appealing to have awards annulled. Participation in arbitration proceedings, either as sole arbitrator, or as members of arbitration board.
